Can one register include multiple courses and companies?+

Yes. TOP supports mixed-company and mixed-course training registers and organises the related certificate records.

Can we use our own certificate designs and branding?+

Yes. Training-provider users can configure templates, certificate numbering, logos and system colours. Other workflow-specific needs can be discussed during setup.

Does TOP automatically correct conflicting learner details?+

No. TOP alerts users to discrepancies and supports traceable decisions. It does not silently decide that two conflicting records are the same person.

Can our corporate clients access their own certificates?+

Yes, using the optional Client Portal. Authorised client users can access records made available within their organisation's scope.

Does TOP guarantee regulatory compliance?+

No software replaces a training provider's regulatory responsibilities. TOP includes maintained course-specific rules and controls intended to support consistent records.
